    • Continuing education in various approaches to therapy, including somatic approaches, CBT, and mindfulness.

Colleen also works part-time at Alberta Children's Hospital and in long-term care. At Elements, Colleen offers flexible services during evening and weekends. When she's not working, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family, going for a swim, and making music.
